Individual Support Package Guidelines
These guidelines provide information for regional and disability service provider staff involved in the development, assessment, approval and implementation of Individual Support Packages.
This edition of the guidelines is based on a revised structure, comprising the main document (containing the broad policy position and requirements for Individual Support Packages) and separate Practice Advice and Information Sheets, showing links to the respective chapters or sections.
The guidelines will be reviewed and updated annually to incorporate updated information.

Practice advice and information sheets
The Practice Advice and Information Sheets are available as separate documents, to enable required updating from time-to-time.
