Flexible Support Packages
Flexible Support Packages and Outreach Support review
In 2007 a review of the Flexible Support Package and Outreach Support activities funded by Disability Services commenced. The review looked at the experiences of people using support and collected information from disability service providers.
The review is now complete and has made a number of recommendations of how we can enhance services using an individualised planning and support approach.
