Registration of Disability Service Providers - Policy Statement

Release date: July 2007 by Disability Services Division.

The Register of Disability Service Providers is created by the Disability Act 2006. This Policy on Registration of Disability Service Providers outlines the application of sections 40-48 of the Disability Act 2006, including application, renewal and revocation of registration of community service organisations funded by the Secretary, Department of Human Services to provide disability services.
