Application for Copyright Licence
The Disability Services Policy and Funding Plan identifies key documents (policies, guidelines, protocols and practice instruction) applicable to each Disability Services Activity/Program area. These documents provide a useful reference for other organisations in the development of their own operational guidelines.
In some cases organisations funded by the Department may be required to comply with some of these policies to meet the requirements of their service agreement or contract.
Community Service Organisations are expected to develop their own guidelines to ensure consistent and high standards of care. However because of differences in structure and operations, Community Service Organisations should seek advice to ensure their standards and guidelines meet their duty of care responsibilities.
