Aged Care Assessment Services Protocol: Younger people with a disability
Disability Services - Aged Care Assessment Services Protocol identifies shared practice principles and clear processes in relation to people under 65 years who have a disability, and who may require placement, or are residing, in a residential aged care facility.
This protocol is an update of the 2005 protocol, with revisions including the legislative and policy changes that have occurred in Disability Services since the development of the original protocol.
