Reporting and monitoring
Disability service providers are required to self-assess against the Standards for Disability Services in Victoria and annually report on self-assessment and quality management improvement activities.
The system of reporting is changing and service providers will be updated as independent monitoring is phased in and Intergrated Quality Management Approach (IQMA) is phased out.
