Independent Monitoring Guide
This online Independent Monitoring Guide has been produced to keep disability service providers updated about independent monitoring processes for the Quality Framework.
The online guide includes a list of topics about independent monitoring systems. Some of this information is still being developed and as it becomes available, the topics will be highlighted as New or Updated.
Monthly email alerts will specifically highlight the new information.
A demonstration project will be conducted in April to June 2009 to validate the independent monitoring processes. A hard copy of the online guide will be provided to all disability service providers, subsequently for inclusion in the Quality Framework Resource Guide.

Disability service providers are invited to forward any topics they think should be included to ensure the Independent Monitoring Guide ultimately contains all the information a disability service provider needs.
