Regional quality advisors
Regional quality advisors (RQAs) have been employed in each region for a period of 18 months, commencing from 1 January 2009. The role aims to support regional implementation of the Quality Framework across:
- community service organisations
- department-managed services
- program and service advisors (PASAs).
RQAs can provide information and link you into a range of central and regional learning and development opportunities to help you implement the Quality Framework in your organisation and prepare for independent monitoring.
