Quality Framework Resource Guide
The Quality Framework Resource Guide has been developed to assist disability service providers to understand the concepts and approaches central to the Quality Framework.
It aims to equip organisations with the technical knowledge and ability to measure, monitor and improve service quality and to comply with the Standards.
In June 2008 a CD-Rom and a DVD of digital stories were distributed for insertion into the Resource Guide. These discs contained all of the resource guide templates in Microsoft Word format and training activity sheets.
