Practice area 1: Organisational culture and governance
Executives’ perspective

Quality is everyone’s business all of the time. The Executives' perspective video highlights the views of some executive managers about quality, quality planning and the impact, challenges and opportunities of the Quality Framework for Disability Services in Victoria (2007).
In the video the executives explore what quality means in practice and the challenges that are presented to leaders, governors and the workforce to embed an outcomes focused approach to quality in their organisations.
Newscast 4: Organisational culture

In the Organisational culture video members of the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society discuss their views of their participation in the Revised Quality Framework Pilot Project (2006 – 2007) and the outcomes generated for the organisation as a result of their participation in the project.
The MS Society has implemented the appreciative enquiry model which is a process for engaging people across an organisation in renewal, change and focus on performance. The appreciative enquiry model includes four stages: appreciating the best of what is, imagining what might be, talking about what should be, and shaping what will be.
