Quality Framework Implementation Bulletins
The implementation bulletins inform quality service providers of the next steps in implementing the Quality Framework for Disability Services in Victoria (2007).
The latest edition of the Implementation Bulletin, August 2009 contains:
- an update on independent monitoring
- an update on the independent monitoring demonstration project being held in the department's Barwon South-Western Region
- an update on the Integrated Quality Management Approach reporting template
- details of new materials available on the Quality Framework website.
This Bulletin also profiles Janice Harris from Cooinda Family Support Services in Terang, who participated in the independent monitoring demonstration project held in Barwon South-Western Region.
