Evidence indicators
The Quality Framework requires disability service providers to undertake organisational self-assessment and consumer assessments and collect data using evidence indicators. This process will assist the quality of their service against the Standards for Disability Services in Victoria and provide evidence when participating in independent monitoring.
Evidence Indicators for the Outcome Standards
A suite of evidence indicators for the Outcome Standards has been developed for each of the 16 life areas. These evidence indicators describe measureable elements of practice that may be used to assess whether the support is in place to assist people with a disability to achieve the outcome.
