In the Organisational culture video members of the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society discuss their views of their participation in the Revised Quality Framework Pilot Project (2006 – 2007) and the outcomes generated for the organisation as a result of their participation in the project.

The MS Society has implemented the appreciative enquiry model which is a process for engaging people across an organisation in renewal, change and focus on performance. The appreciative enquiry model includes four stages: appreciating the best of what is, imagining what might be, talking about what should be, and shaping what will be.
