Evaluation of the implementation of the Disability Act 2006
The Disability Act 2006 commenced on 1st July 2007.
The department has commissioned an evaluation of the implementation of the Act. The project aims to identify ways to continue to support disability services providers to meet the requirements of the Act and will include a program of consultation consisting of participation in online forums and surveys, interviews, regional workshops and focus groups
