Easy Read infomation
- Disability Act 2006 information - Information sheets, information booklet and policies on all key areas of the Act, including planning, complaints and provision of information.
- Disability Act 2006 information in audio - You can listen to the Disability Act 2006 information sheets and information booklet in Easy Read audio format
- Residential Statement - The residential statement is a requirement of the Disability Act 2006. A residential statement is a document for each resident that sets out the residential services to be provided by the disability service provider to support the resident.
- Residential Notices - The Notices to Re-locate and the Notice to Vacate are available in an Easy Read format.
Complaints brochure (PDF 1.1 mb) - The complaints brochure has been developed for disability service providers to use, 'Making a suggestion or complaint about your service provider'.
