Kew Residential Services redevelopment completeResidents and staff on the day of the move to their new homes

On April 20, the last remaining residents of the 120-year old institution moved into their new homes in the suburb which is being created on the site.

Disability Act 2006 – Policy and Guideline Reviews

Disability Services Division has a commitment that all policies and guidelines developed to support the Disability Act will be reviewed within 18 months of the commencement of the Act on 1 July 2007.

The following documents are now under review:

  1. Guidelines for Setting and Collection of Residential Charges - Community Service Organisations (Word 178.0 kb)
  2. Rights and accountability-Management of money policy (Word 122.5 kb)
  3. Strengthening Rights in Residential Services Policy
