  • The 2004 total population of Nillumbik Local Government Area (LGA) was 60,623.
  • The Department of Sustainability and Environment projects the 2020 population of Nillumbik LGA will reach 62,913.
  • There are 7,696 children aged 0 to 8, comprising 12.7% of Nillumbik’s total population. This compares with 11.3% for Victoria as a whole.
