Population
- The 2004 total population of Campaspe Local Government Area
(LGA) was 37,193.
- The Department of Sustainability and Environment projects the
2020 population of Campaspe LGA will reach 41,949.
- There are 4,661 children aged 0 to 8, comprising 12.5% of Campaspe's
total population. This compares with 11.3% for Victoria as a whole.
- There are approximately 644 people of Aboriginal and/or Torres
Strait Islander origin in Campaspe, making up approximately 1.7%
