Best Start Forum: Positive leadership, service change and sustainability - 26 November 2007
Facilitating change in local communities is both complex and demanding.
It requires drawing on the efforts and expertise of all stakeholders involved in Best Start sites.
This forum will explore the importance of leadership and the key success factors for sustainable changes to services to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
Evidence, promising practice and local demographic data play a vital role in driving change.
Local examples will provide practical strategies to support participants in their work to effectively engage all relevant stakeholders committed to achieving the vision of Best Start.
