Major Projects SectionManager: Anthony LubofskyTel: (03) 9096 2111The Major Projects section has been established to undertake priority metropolitan health capital projects where the scale ($100m+) or complexity dictates that the project is taken 'offline' with specialist executive level input. The section is currently responsible for the delivery of the new $1.0 billion Royal Children's Hospital Project and the new $1.07 billion Parkville Comprehensive Cancer Centre. Recently completed projects include the new Royal Women’s Hospital Project (opened June 2008) and the Casey Hospital (opened September 2004). For more information on the new Royal Children’s Hospital project, see http://www.newrch.vic.gov.au/ For more information on the Parkville Comprehensive Cancer Centre project, see http://www.health.vic.gov.au/parkvilleccc
