CAMPUS CODE	Introduction of new codes.
UNIQUE KEY	Field justification specified.
PATIENT IDENTIFIER	Field justification specified.
MEDICARE NUMBER / CODE	Amalgamation into one field.
INDIGENOUS STATUS	Expansion of field values / codes to align with NHDD.
PREFERRED LANGUAGE	Classification updated from NHDD Version 6.0 to Version 8.0
