• The 1999 - 2000 cost weights have been set on the basis of a "three year rolling average cost" based on the past three cost weight study results.
• Weights for VACS 203 and 311 have been adjusted following review of the cost data and clinical input.
• Weights are not detailed for VACS 550 - 609 as these categories are funded as fixed grants for 1999 - 2000.
