Service Delivery and Performance Division
The Service Delivery and Performance Division facilitates a whole-of-department perspective on operational issues.
The division provides a central point of accountability for improving regional performance and manages a number of key projects for this objective.
It also has responsibility for statewide co-ordination following emergencies.
All DHS regions report directly to Service Delivery and Performance Division.

Emergency Management is responsible for community support and recovery as part of Victoria’s emergency management arrangements.
