Corporate Integrity, Information and Resolutions unit
The Corporate Integrity, Information and Resolutions unit is located within the Executive Services Branch of the Department of Human Services (the department). The unit has the responsibility for coordinating and managing enquiries and responses in the following areas for both the Department of Human Services and the Department of Health:
- freedom of information
- privacy
- complaints
- whistleblowers
- fraud prevention
- complaints referred from the Disability Services Commissioner, Health Services Commissioner, Privacy Commissioner and the Victorian Ombudsman
