Corporate Integrity, Information and Resolutions is located within the Executive Services Branch of the Department of Human Services (the Department). We have the responsibility for coordinating and managing enquiries and responses in the following areas for both the Department of Human Services and the Department of Health:

  • Complaints
  • Human Rights
  • Disability Services Commissioner
  • Fraud Prevention
  • Ombudsman Review
  • Privacy
  • Whistleblowers
  • Freedom of Information (FOI).

Documents held by the two departments relate to:

  • Community Services - Disability and Children, Youth & Families

Department of Health

  • Health
  • Mental Health
  • Senior Victorians.

Our aim is to support and guide staff to reflect both Department's values of quality service provision, professional integrity and collaborative relationships.

Feedback from the public on the services and programs provided by the Departments is encouraged in order to guide continuous service improvement.
