The Department of Human Services is committed to recruiting a diverse workforce that reflects our community.
The department administers a number of programs that create pathways from education to recruitment which are open to a range of individuals such as university graduates, Indigenous students and school leavers interested in traineeships or apprenticeships, a proportion of whom are sometimes long term unemployed from disadvantaged backgrounds.
