'We recognise there is a need for more women on boards', Ms Wooldridge said.
'This course is highly regarded and will enhance the knowledge and skills of participants, making them better directors in their current roles and preparing them for further directorships in the future.
Applications closed on 10 February 2012. The scholarship winners will be announced shortly.
