22 January 2014 National Regulatory System for Community Housing
Victoria will not, at this stage, participate in the NRSCH, but will instead make cost-effective changes to align Victoria's performance assessment and reporting requirements with the National Regulatory Code. The Victorian Government is open to reconsidering formal participation in the NRSCH at a later date, if it is demonstrated that there are clear benefits to Victoria of doing so.
