Victorian Government Gazette - CSOs Registration Standards
The Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (CYFA) provides for the Minister for Community Services to determine performance (registration) standards to be met by registered community service organisations (CSOs) which are providing family and out of home care services.
The registration standards have been developed with the aim of ensuring consistency in quality, setting an organisational framework to help support CSOs, defining standards of care/support, provide guidance about best practice approaches, and enabling services to monitor and review prerformance.
