Undue financial hardship guidelines - Disability Services

These guidelines have been developed to support a more systematic and consistent approach by disability service providers in the consideration of undue financial hardship experienced by some service users in the payment of fees.

The guidelines apply to all disability service providers, both Department of Health and Human Services and community service organisations. Organisations are responsible for developing their own application forms and processes.
