Quality Framework Independent Monitoring Digital Stories

As part of the independent monitoring demonstration project a number of disability service providers shared their experiences of the independent monitoring process. These have been developed into digital stories.

Below are the three digital stories that have been developed according to themes corresponding to the varying status of disability service providers and reflective of their corresponding information needs.

Individuals and Victorian disability service providers may use the digital stories contained on this webpage for educational purposes in relation to the Quality Framework for Disability Services in Victoria. The digital stories may be freely viewed, however, if you wish to use them outside of Victoria or in a different context, permission must be sought from the Department of Human Services. This is in part because the digital stories have been prepared solely for the Victorian context. Please email your request to qualityindisability@dhs.vic.gov.au. The Department of Human Services confirms that it retains its copyright in the works contained on this webpage.
