Individual Support Package Handbook
The handbook has been developed to provide information for people with a disability when putting together and managing their Individual Support Package. It contains information, hints and checklists to help people with a disability to have more control over the supports they receive. The handbook is consistent with the Individual Support Package Guidelines used by disability workers.

Changes to the handbook
Some of the information in the handbook needs to be updated to be consistent with the Individual Support Package Guidelines 2010.
A summary of the changes that relate to the handbook can be downloaded at the bottom on this page.
Please look at the page numbers and chapter or section headings in your current copy of the handbook to see how the descriptions have changed.
Use the text colours to help you quickly go to the right chapter or section.
Please note: The handbook itself and the various translated versions will not be amended or re-printed in 2011. If you require assistance in understanding the changes, please talk to your facilitator, support coordinator or regional office.
Handbook in community languages
The handbook and Easy Read versions are available in the 16 most common community languages.
